In addition he has served on the leadership team of Connexus Community Church in Ontario. As well as served at Liquid Church in the Manhattan facing communities of New Jersey. In that time the church grew from 1 campus to 6 and attendance grew to over 3,500 people.  At Liquid church Pastor Rich oversaw communications, weekend service programming, campus expansion, and special projects.
